Description

Add skipVerify: boolean to dryRunTransaction endpoint, and skip verification step of the transaction

Motivation

In order to dry run a transaction without signing, we need to be able to skip the verify step of the transaction execution

Additional Information

  • skipping verify will make the accuracy of the result
