Expected behavior

The root should use the same prettier version as the packages.

Actual behavior

We have an older version which introduces version conflicts in combination with lerna.

Steps to reproduce

npm install

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)

1.1.0

Additional information

This issue also covers formatting the codebase once the versions are aligned.
