Auto updater is not working

Expected behavior

Auto updater should detect the latest release and prompt users to update.

Actual behavior

Auto updater do not detect the latest release.

Steps to reproduce

• Download Lisk Desktop 3.0.0-beta.2
• Observer it does not trigger auto update to download Lisk Desktop 3.0.0-rc.0

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)

All OS, v3.0.0-rc.0

The bug is resolved without any fixes 🤷🏼

Note: This could be happening while migrating from one stage of version to another, i.e beta.x => rc.0, and in the next version updates to rc.x it will work, and we have to see from rc.x => production works without issues.
