Description

There was an issue regarding BFT props removal height when generating a certificate which was fixed in the PR below.
#8095

However, there will be inconsistent behavior during the fork scenario. Therefore, instead of changing the range here, it should change the range of BFT property cleaning in BFT as described in LIP PR
