Editing LiPD files should be allowed two ways:

  • Python APIs to add to the graph directly
  • Sent to the lipd playground

Create classes for each class in the ontology for editing. (e.g., ensembleTables -> set_variable, set_table...)

For measurement tables, need to also check headers names to change variable names and values.
