支持用户指定某个书本离线可用
离线可用书本支持在离线状态下进入、打开、阅读、浏览图片
支持用户移除书本离线数据，防止占用过多
解决潜在问题：解码资源更新后，离线数据存下的编码后数据不能正确解码
