Updated Browser Tab URL Doesn't Get Applied Until App is Restarted

If you update the URL of an existing browser tab, save it and get back to the app main screen, the new URL is not used until you fully restart the app.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to the manage browser tabs screen
• Edit an existing tab, change its URL, save
• Get back to be main app screen
• Change to the corresponding edited tab and refresh it
• App still loads the old URL

Tested on Android, app version 1.6.7 from Play Store
