perhaps relevant to this issue, I have been getting some interest from Nevin regarding GCV on MtHapMap genomes with the instance I created primarily as a proof of concept for the workshop here:

we're going to be trying to push hard on populating the DataStore with the major products of the MtHapMap project, and perhaps we can use this as a good opportunity to coordinate with you on how to minimize confusion to the community as we start to adopt this data into our systems?
