Time based version suffix added to the packages version may be different for different projects:
Leet.Corelib.0.0.2-t00549c82a.nupkg
Leet.Tests.Corelib.0.0.2-t00549c829.nupkg

--version-suffix parameter may be used when invoking dotnet commands.
