wrong update of Actors

Describe the bug
in manual mode, each change of the actors' configuration erase (disactivated) the previous configuration meanwhile the website say all configuration are taken into acount.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Plug a board on battery/AC configured with a jetPack plugged in ,
2. on the website configure your board to manual mode
3. activate Act1
4. Hit the RESET button of the board.
5. wait the actor 1 to be active
6. on the web site activate Act2
7. hit the reset button
8. wait the actor 2 to be active

Actual behavior
only the actor 2 is active, the first has been desactivated at 8. meanwhile the website say both are.

Expected behavior
the actors 1 and 2 should be active.
