Dumping soundbank aliases without loading soundbank files creates invalid data

Whenever soundbank aliases are dumped without having the respective soundbank loaded, the data cannot be found, so the extension of the file is unknown.
This makes it impossible to relink the soundbank.

It should probably either be able to relink without the extension or warn/error about the missing soundbank
