Bug Description

Create: Crafts & Additions changed their config layout somewhat with the version now used in 2.1, but the config provided with the pack has not been adapted.

Crucially, this impacts the config for the efficiency of motors and alternators, as can be seen in this screenshot of a compare I took.
Left side is from the modpack download, right side is what you get once you start the client once:

How to Reproduce?

  1. Download modpack zip from curseforge and extract it into a local folder
  2. Install the modpack with a launcher of your choice
  3. Launch minecraft so that C&A updates the config
  4. Compare the config/createaddition-common.toml file in the minecraft folder with the one from the modpack zip

Also as a side note; the questbook still mentions that using alternator => generator has an efficiency loss, but the config just puts them at a 1 to one conversion. This is also the case in what is shipped with the pack.
