Servo Servo Set Pulse Width One Channel

Set the pulse width of the specified servo channel.

A pulse width of 1500uS is typically the center point of rotation (90 degrees). Most servos can rotate between 1000 and 2000 uS but the actual limits will vary depending on the specific servo.
