Warnings from CLI11 about unused variables that are being used. #1254

The serac driver has some odd warnings that should be investigated:

WARNING! There are options you set that were not used!
WARNING! could be spelling mistake, etc!
There are 3 unused database options. They are:
Option left: name:-d (no value) source: command line
Option left: name:-i value: /serac/src/drivers/../../data/input_files/default.lua source: command line
Option left: name:-o value: default_docs source: command line
