after manual installation same same .

Error: KeyError: 'No spec with name h5z-zfp in sw4@=3.0%gcc@=11.4.0+fftw+hdf

same problem with library h5z-zfp within spack

clean installtion ubuntu 22.04.3 or 20.4.6
