What happened?

I attempted to deploy a Noto instance. Transaction 2ac31bfd-00f8-4aab-846a-5b2fb25f02b1 never completed after waiting 30+ seconds.

What did you expect to happen?

Noto instance should be successfully deployed.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

No response

I have not looked any further into these logs - but it's entirely possible I was having issues with my Besu nodes. If the logs point to an underlying chain issue and not a Paladin issue, this can be closed.
