Children View of a Collection Doesn't have robust filters/search function

Provide "Manage Content" filter block on collections children view

Rationale
Current Children view, which could be used to work with the contents of a specific collection, seems to be set up with smaller collections in mind. A more robust Filter/Search view, matching the general 'Content' one, could be a good substitute to help people work in the Children view of collections with significant children nodes.

Feedback welcome! (the "Advanced options" button hides a "Number of Media" filter).

I will note that i was unable to create a count of Children as we have in the Content view because it was interfering with the contextual filter.
