Milestone 3

This tagged release completes Milestone 3 for Sinopia. This release accomplished the following:

• Users can create and login into Development, Stage, and Production AWS environments using Cognito
• Import Resource Templates contained in a JSON Profile file that then is saved in Trellis
• List of Resource Templates displayed in the template tab; user can select and load the Resource
  Template into the Editor tab

Milestone 3 work-in-progress

This release has the following new functionality:

• Resource Template tab now validates and loads Resource Templates into Editor Tab
• Cognito Authenication for Import Resource Template
• Editor UI updated to use blocks and outlines.
