runcat的显示值不准确,大概只有实际值的1/10 #135

经过测试,runcat显示的好像cpu内核中的第一个(cpu0)的频率,而不是cpu所有核心的平均值,希望能改成平均;

显示的是CPU0的百分比,也就是CPU多核的第一个核心的百分比而不是全局的百分比
