generate cidrseqsuite samplesheet from paired samplesheet in paired calling pipeline

so ben's lab qc report can be ran and merged in with the paired qc report. it looks like the lab want a template that includes this information which is a reasonable thing to have so you don't have to have two spotfires to review at the end.
