I will like to build a tensorflow 2.2 image on a Mac. However, it seems that the docker build does not seems to end. Is it possible to find a whl pre-compiled?

I'm afraid that v2.2 is too old to find a prebuilt wheel. You might need to compile it yourself.

Note that you are probably using an Apple M1 Mac, so I would strongly advise you to try the official wheels for M1 first.
