[BUG] Initiative quick toggle does not update state when tracker is opened another way

Describe the bug
This is a very minor bug.
Opening the Initiative tracker by Right Click>Show Initiative does not update the status of the Initiative quick toggle. It remains gray rather than turning green.
After opening the Initiative Tracker via the quick toggle, closing the Tracker by clicking on the X button leaves the quick toggle highlighted green.
In either situation, you have to click the quick toggle twice to have it work as usual again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the initiative setting via quick toggle.
2. Close the initiative tracker via the X button.
3. The quick toggle remains in its 'Open' state. Highlighted green.

Expected behavior
Closing the initiative tracker should update the quick toggle regardless of how it was closed. Same with opening.
