Thanks for the bug report! It’s always surprising to get bug reports about some code that’s more than 10 years old, and that’s not been detected earlier by users or by PDF validators. Do you want to open a PR, or do you prefer to let us fix the problem? |

If a pdf was created with the dcterms.created tag filled, the date is correctly converted into /CreationDate (20230315141811+01'00)
However, most Pdf Viewers do not show that timestamp, because it is missing a "D:...".
So, it should read /CreationDate (D:20230315141811+01'00)
The same goes for the other dates. Could be fixed in _w3c_date_to_pdf.
