[UI/UX] Better Right Click Context Menu

At present, the only context menu option is "Select All" (except input box).
But this option is absolutely useless, it doesn't make sense to select all the UI elements in one copy.

On "request item" right click context menu users are expected to see:

• Duplicate
• Rename
• Delete
• ...

On "request list" blank area:

• New Request
• Select All Requests

On other blank area:

• should not show anything

This will make the context menu more useful.
