Add a documentation to suggested values.yaml for Kong Mesh production installations

Where is the problem?

What is your suggestion?

According to the Kong Mesh engineering team, the default Helm values are for "demo" usage, so we created an initiative to create production usage value.yaml files for users to reference/use directly.

We drafted and had an alignment on the contents of the values.yaml files here: https://github.com/Kong/kong-mesh/pull/5892/files

This will create a new page containing contents of the files and and have the links to them added into relavant existing pages:

• the Kong Mesh in Production overview page
• the deployment page - single zone
• the deployment page - multi-zone
• the "kuma-cp configuration reference" page
