What happened?

KIC 3.2 adds KongCustomEntity CRD to configure custom entities. We need a guide page to tell customers how to use it to configure custom entities.

What did you expect to happen?

Add a guide page with a full example of using KongCustomEntity CR to configure a custom entity. Possibly using the degraphql plugin and degraphql_routes entity.
