[Bug]: Overlays not persisting for items with url_poster

Summary:
Start fresh by running PMM with remove_overlays: true
Then run PMM again but with remove_overlays: false

My overlays are now all CORRECTLY applied. I do not touch any PMM configs/ymls after this.

Following this, I look the next day (after PMM ran again via schedule).....Overlays are missing, but only missing from any Items which have a custom poster (url_poster). Logs in meta.log show the infamous "Overlay Update Not Needed" for all of these specific items. Logs also show that PMM is actually Applying the url_posters on these specific items and in the process getting rid of my overlays. But the "Overlays" label in Plex for these items persists so PMM thinks overlays are still on these items.

I have to do the remove_overlays dance all over again to fix this.
