Support for https://our.umbraco.com/packages/backoffice-extensions/perplexcontentblocks/

Basic uSync support will likey work no issues - main support will be for dependencies for uSync.Complete so we know what is required for a content block to be recreated on another site.

Contnet blocks have code dependencies so they are supported out-of-band in the
https://github.com/KevinJump/uSync.Community.ContentBlocks package.
