대진표가 생성된 후 멤버가 퇴출당하면?

모집 마감 전에 멤버가 퇴출 당하면
- 멤버 빼기
모집 마감 후에 멤버가 퇴출 당하면
- 퇴출된 사람의 자리를 null 로 바꾸기
