Some emojis don't replace in certain apps

Small number of emojis (for example 🌹🫶) don't replace in certain apps like Instagram while they work in other apps. I've cleared cache and deleted files under /data/font/files/.

Things look fine for me in Instagram, maybe it's the ROM you're on?

Maybe it's from viewing a story as well? I think those use emojis from the device that posted them.

The issue occurs in comments and reels description. It's weird because only some emojis don't replace (today i saw 🫣 from default android in reel description, it works in chrome). Im using Project Elixir ROM but i doubt that is a problem as I didn't see any other posts on this topic.
