Does support for attr_literals still require a nightly build? If so, which rust RFC must be addressed before nightly is no longer needed?

It's still in nightly: rust-lang/rust#34981
Implemented since 2016 but I believe it's blocked as they want to make it more powerful

It's on its way to stabilization!

It is stable in 1.30 so we can release a new version with it!
The code should still be around if someone wants to get started
