To install this Chrome extension you'll have to enable developer mode in Chrome, then, load the extension from the folder where you cloned this repo by goingto
chrome://extensions/ and clicking 'Load Unpacked'
Note you'll have to have the flask app running in the background listening on
port 127.0.0.1:5000 to actually save the content.
