Feature request: Add ability to create taxonomies #160

It would be great if the CMS provided out the box functionality to build taxonomies, are there any plans on adding the ability to do so? The idea being that the taxonomies can then be used in the code to do things such as as include links in the footer that can be edited within the CMS.
