If the teacher(s) starts multiple quiz sessions using different language settings, the IMPROV questions are added again for each question, resulting in duplicates.
This may not happen often in practice. It is not critical, but quite annoying, and the first time quite confusing. It happens to me, because I sometimes use an admin account using ENglish to match official documentation and sometimes a teacher account using Norwegian to match what the students should see.
The problem seems to be that the multilanguage title of the question is interpreted when the question is added to the quiz, rather than when it is used. This is conjecture though.

Have not managed to switch language when testing for this. Does not seem to be other language packs than English in the source-code either. Should be able to test this when another language pack is available.
This is either a question of installing a plugin or enabling multi-language support in the administration menus. Language strings are not made available as part of individual plugins, so it is all a question of enabling it site-wide.
