A large update.

Notable changes from upstream:

• Morale threshold setting has been implemented.
• Plugin support added.
• Construction and Repair docks have been merged.

New/changed features in this build:

• Resource logging. Triggers on resource amount changes.
• Log format changes, WIP. Timestamp now goes first. Future target: Sanaechan Logbook-compatible logs.
• F5's browser refresh functionality has been restored.
• Loading indicator (mouse cursor for now) for the browser, will be made into a proper indicator later.

Known issues:

• Long ship names are long; stretch the window horizontally to get a better (???) experience.
• Rank (and probably name for those of you with long names) does not fit into allocated space, I'll think about this later.
• Korean, Chinese and German translations lack a lot of stuff, and I mean a lot. Not my team.
• Calculator and Rankings are gone for now, pending reimplementation.

Bug-fix release.

• Fixed log output for development results (regression from 4e6cf9a).
• Added new translations (up to June 28th).

Known issues:

• The new Kongou class composition quest translation is not implemented yet as no one submitted the corresponding Quests.xml block.
• The model conversion quests share the exact same title and KCV is not yet able to distinguish between them. Translation changed to reflect this.

• New quests/equipment translations added.

I heard reports that Taigei is not displayed correctly in the viewer. Sadly, I don't have one yet so I cannot test this myself. Related screenshots and API data snapshots are welcome.

This is a minor update release.

• Horizontal version is back! Needs testing though.
• Admiral rank strings were hard-coded. Moved to resources; rank is now displaying in the chosen locale.
• To do: add Korean translations for admiral ranks.
• Added support for German interface language; work in progress. Quests, equipment, etc. are not ready yet but will not require a binary update.
