Minor update.

Added protection against himeutas: KCV! will now warn the user if they don't have Adobe® Flash® ActiveX control for Internet Explorer® installed. If the user presses “Yes” KCV! will spawn an Internet Explorer® window with the download page for Adobe® Flash® Player.
3.6.1.8-2: minor Fiddler options change.
