When fetching playlist it gets stuck

Describe the bug

When I try to download and input my Playlist it gets stuck. I cannot try another Playlist. It says an existing downloading task is running

There is not error code. It's just stuck

It might be because I recently changed my phone? The seal app came with my phone transfer. But after I realized it was not working I deleted it and downloaded it again from github
