Critical font loading strategy — FOUT, especially with Safari

Need to change the font loading path.

Using @fontsource ESM SCSS import in Astro frontmatter ATM.

I think now it's a variable font specific issue.

I also get some weird renderings with back ticks characters:

Maybe it's specific to Evo font.

Should make test with regular fonts.

BTW, switching to regular font sets is less than optimal, as I'm using a handful variations of the same font.
