In the readme, it would be nice to have a table of multipliers (e.g. "x22") w.r.t. relsurv:

  • Rows of the table: PP, E1, E2, H, G
  • Cols of the table: different examples: colrec * slopop, with/without groups, stratifications, etc.

The table would be ran off-line with a specific code used to ran it on a specific machine given as "details" in the readme.
