I propose to split all interfaces into two files:

  • A file with all docstrings and exports -> mc21_api.jl (always included in HSL.jl);
  • A file with the wrappers to C and Fortran routines -> mc21_wrapper.jl (only included in HSL.jl when the package is installed).
