The only issue I'm aware of with Julia on aarch64-linxux is #54839, which only appears in CI, I tried a few times to reproduce those failures by running the Profile test suite locally, to no avail, so I presume that may happen only when the system is under heavy load.
With this change I propose to skip the tests that are known to intermittently fail on CI, so that we can eventually make aarch64-linux required to pass: JuliaCI/julia-buildkite#231
