Can we use this for a project of social network?

Hi, I'm building a social network and I would like to implement bitmoji's.
I've found the Snapchat API. But I don't really like it. Your discovery is really cool !!
I would like to implement it on my social network but I think if Snapchat sees that they will tell me that it's not open source and all of that.
So can you confirm me that I won't have that problem?

Only Snapchat or Bitmoji respectively can confirm that you, not the owner of this repo.

Additionally, also the laws of your country you and your users living in apply. In some it might be juristically acceptable, even if not allowed by Bitmoji's TOS, in others not. However, in general, while this repo can be seen as 'for educational purposes only', I suppose a social network cannot.
