Add filter active search pill

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to any page with a filter and search i.e. activity feed or streaming payments page.
2. Enter in a value for the search.
3. Close down the filter popover.
4. Note that the active search does not have a active filter pill.

Expected behaviour

• There should also be an active filter pill showing next the filter with the search term for easy clearing.
• On clicking enter in the search input, the filter should should close.

Actual behaviour

• No active filter pill is showing inline with the filter button.
