[Payment -QA] Unable to complete simple payment due to validation errors #3656

Steps to reproduce

Go to the Simple Payment screen.
Fill in the payment details, including recipient and amount.
Attempt to assign permissions if required.
Click on "Create payment."

Expected behaviour

All filled fields should validate correctly if completed.

Actual behaviour

The payment cannot be completed.
