Pass fields with JSON #4

Hey folks!

Another cool addition to the extension would be to pass the fields in form of a JSON string. Something like

{
  "fields": [
    {
      "type": "text",
      "nameAndId": "my-id",
      "label": "maybe also allow HTML in here?",
      "required": true
    },
    ...
  ]
}

So a dynamic form would also be possible without HTML.
