What is happening?

The state consentObject has a wrong manipulation.

Changed the handleConsentObjectChange() to fix the state object changing.

From

setConsentObject(prevConsentObject => ({
  ...prevConsentObject,
  newConsentObject
}))

To

setConsentObject(newConsentObject)
