Web client to dynamically get new IDs as they are scanned

The web interface should continously poll for updated id information so that when they are scanned they show up in the interface.

This would be as simple as setting a timeout on the clientside:

setTimeout(function(){
    // http request the list of ids / images
    //add them to the ui
}, 500 ) ; // every 500 milliseconds.
