Added writing out to a file.
Added running through docker to remove the Java path/classpath issues on native OS runs.
Cleaned up some logging.
Added pauses to running as a script so the output isn't lost if double-clicked to run in Windows.

Initial Release

Download the Zip or individual files. Run either the sh on Linux/Mac or the bat file on windows. You must have Java to run this. Make sure to update the yaml file first for the correct properties.
