Polymer 3.0 Component?

I really like this notification javascript in projects without a framework (great job!). I'm trying to build a Polymer 3.0 site and include this as a component. Would you be interested in seeing it/including it as an option to this repository (might take me a few weeks to work the bugs out)?

Hi @cavebeavis, I am glad to hear that you like the library! And I would certainly be interested in seeing it and adding it to the repository. If you would like me to give you a hand with building it I'd be more than happy to :)

I am going to tidy up the readme and implement the todos in the coming weeks as I haven't maintained this project for a while, so it would be a great addition.

@JamieLivingstone, I'm still working on this. It will take me a little bit to get the finalized javascript and element demo pull request so you can take a look. If you get a chance, open https://github.com/cavebeavis/styled-notifications-element, and give me your thoughts on what is the best way of linking these (either pull this into your main library or maintain both?). I'm good either way.
