Checked with the latest development build

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Go to web search
2. Select GVK
3. Enter any search term e.g. "dinosaur"
4. The following error occurs

If you go to the website http://sru.gbv.de you can see the message the service is no longer available. So I think GVK can be removed from jabref
